Yes. We have on-site maintenance Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. |
You may submit a maintenance work order request via the Edison47 APP or via email, phone call or dropping by the office. |
Maintenance work orders are completed within 24 hours by the on-site maintenance team. |
Residents can give permission to enter if they are not home, or they can set up a couple hour window appointment if they'd like to be present. |
During office hours, we are happy to give access and/or get a new set of keys. After office hours, residents must call a locksmith at their own expense. |
Residents are encouraged to decorate their home and make it their own. However, any necessary repairs will be charged at move out accordingly. |

Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM. No ammenity fees, however the resident lounge is able to be reserved for private parties for a refundable deposit of $100. |

No, the rental rate will stay the same for the entirety of the lease contract. We do not accept rent a year in advance. Maximum early payment accepted is 2 months. |
We do not allow transfers amongst sister properties. |
Subletting is not permitted. |
Lease termination fee is based upon 2X the rental rate. |
